1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and 09bad ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 09bad platform — including its games, promotions, and support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of 09bad is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are using the platform voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would bar your participation.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of 09bad, nor a close relative of such a person, and you are not using the platform in any professional or commercial capacity.
• All funds deposited into your account are legitimately earned and do not constitute proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity.

3Account Registration

To access real-money games and promotions on 09bad, you must register a personal account. Registration requires providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under your account.

09bad operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Attempts to open multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses. You must also:

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted payment providers include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09bad platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Attempting to defraud the platform or other players through collusion, chip dumping, or any other coordinated strategy designed to exploit the platform's systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or perform any platform actions in an automated or non-human manner.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. 09bad complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineering any part of the platform, or exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors for financial gain.

7Responsible Gaming

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09bad and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage — arising from or related to your access to or use of the platform, even if 09bad has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

09bad does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows, unexpected downtime, or technical failures may occasionally affect service availability. 09bad will endeavour to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the 09bad platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. 11Amendments to Terms

09bad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users. 12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
